The Phoebe Dress is made of lightweight Liberty print Tana Lawn cotton. A rounded neckline and back. String bows to the neckline and cuffs. Slim fitting bodice and defined waist shaped to flatter the figure. Three quarter length bishop sleeves with frilled elasticated cuffs and gathered shoulder detail. Frilled hem which hovers above the ankle. Hook and eye fastenings to the bodice and a concealed side zip.
